- Payment Methods: We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified at the time of purchase

- Invoice: A GST-compliant tax invoice will be provided for all purchases
- Order Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations before dispatch may be subject to a cancellation fee. Enquire at the time of ordering for specific terms
- Order Cancellation by Visol India: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with full refund where applicable

Delivery & Shipping
- Delivery Area: We primarily deliver within Surat and Gujarat. Deliveries to other locations may be subject to additional charges and extended timelines
- Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control
- Shipping Charges: Applicable shipping charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation
- Risk of Loss: Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to the delivery address
- Inspection: Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. Report any visible damage or discrepancy immediately to the delivery person or our team

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Return Eligibility: Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase, in original unopened packaging with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as software, consumables, and products with broken seals may not be eligible for return
- Defective Products: Products that are defective on arrival (DOA) must be reported within 48 hours. We will arrange for replacement or repair as per the manufacturer's DOA policy
- Exchange Process: To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at info@visolindia.shop or visit our store with the product and proof of purchase
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply on eligible returns. This will be communicated at the time of purchase where applicable
⚠️ Please retain all original packaging, accessories, and documentation until you have verified that the product is functioning as expected. Returns without original packaging may not be accepted.

Warranty & After-Sales Support
- Manufacturer Warranty: All products are sold with the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty terms and conditions are set by the respective brand and are subject to their policies
- Warranty Claims: For warranty claims, customers should approach the brand's authorized service center or contact us for assistance. Proof of purchase is required
- Warranty Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, physical damage, water damage, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow product instructions may void the warranty
- Extended Support: Visol India provides post-sales guidance and support to help customers with their electronics, beyond the scope of standard manufacturer warranty
